Refund Policy
All the note cards are printed from photos of my art or directly from photos. Every effort has been made to accurately portray the cards, both with the images and the descriptions. Some variation is inevitable with art: the lighting, the time of day, and differences from one print run to the other. This is a small-batch business run by a single person who thinks irregularities add to the charm.
Damaged items, however, will be replaced, and if those particular cards are no longer available, you can choose either to substitute them with other cards whose total value is equal to what you paid for the damaged cards, or you can have a refund issued to you using your original payment method.
If you did not receive the note cards you ordered, the correct note cards will be shipped to you with no charge.
Please contact me by email with your concerns within 5 business days of receipt of purchase at artbyannalisa@proton.me. Allow 5-7 days for the processing of your request, as well as the usual time for shipping with USPS.
