Nice

Nice was founded by the Greeks, and occupied by the Romans, the Lombards, the Saracens, the Counts of Provence, the Counts of Savoy for 500 years, and finally was annexed by France in 1860. Perhaps this varied past has contributed to its lively and colorful spirit.
