Inscription on back of card:
The project to create a Fine Arts Palace in Nice was initiated in 1877. Thus a suitable location was needed. After several false starts, the Kotschoubey-Thomson villa was selected in 1925. It was originally built for Princess Elisabeth Kotschoubey.
This card is blank inside.
The back side is printed with the following:
The work's title, the year it was made, the medium, the artist's name, and contact info.
There may be an inscription, which is subject to change.
