The Museo Braschi surprised me with its Art Deco-inspired art mixed in with the Renaissance style of the palazzo. They complement each other well. The teal and bronze of the ceiling paired with the golden Sienese marble was particularly attractive.
Inscription on back of card:
Duke Luigi Braschi Onesti bought the 15th c. Orsini palazzo in 1790, and demolished it the following year. The new construction was never finished. Due to financial problems, the building was sold by the duke's heirs to the Italian state in 1871.
This card is blank inside.
The back side is printed with the following:
The work's title, the year it was made, the medium, the artist's name, and contact info.
There may be an inscription, which is subject to change.
