I usually pass by displays of coins quickly, but this time I paused to study and read, and then I noticed how wonderful these coin displays actually are.

The Museum of Archeology in Malta is situated in the Auberge de Provence, the pallazzo used by the Knights of Malta who came from Provence. The Baroque building dates from 1571, but the museum itself dates from 1974.
