I visited Fr. George one day. He lived in an old house in Valletta, with high ceilings and a grand staircase leading up from the foyer. It was equal parts homey and grand.

I met Fr. George a few years ago when he told me about his life as a Maronite Catholic priest. His studies and duties have taken him to England, the Holy Land, Morocco, France, and finally back to Malta, where he grew up.
